  • PVS-31 Battery Packs, Universal Focus Adjustable Iris, Enhanced Multi-Battery Power Housing.
  • Consumable Spare Parts.
  • Test Sets (e.g., 4348/UV, ANV-20-20, ANV-126A types).
  • Helmet Mount Adapters and Assemblies. Services include:
  • OCONUS Operator and Maintenance User Training (5-day courses, max 10 students) for PVS-7, PVS-14, AVS-6/AVS-9, and PVS-31. Training will be conducted in specified COCOM locations (e.g., Cairo, Abu Dhabi, Frankfurt, Leon, Honolulu, Sao Paulo).

  • Content: Include a detailed technical proposal demonstrating compliance with salient characteristics, specification/data sheets for each item, pricing for all CLINs (hardware and training) across five production years, past performance contacts, and Representations & Certifications. Offerors must disclose their role (Assembler, Manufacturer, Distributor, or Reseller). Partial quotations are not acceptable.
  • CMMC: Offerors must provide CMMC Level 2 (Self) unique identifier(s) (CMMC UIDs) from SPRS in their proposal. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility. DFARS 252.204-7012 has been removed as products are COTS.
  • Evaluation: Award will be made to up to three (3) Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offerors with acceptable Past Performance. The government will evaluate the lowest average priced proposals first. Only vendors with satisfactory or above past performance are eligible.
  • Registrations: Offerors must be registered in SAM and WAWF prior to award.
