  • Task 1: Nursing Department MSA: Provision of contract personnel for administrative and clinical support within the Nursing Department, including scheduling, admissions, patient records, and equipment support. Staff must be prepared for 24/7/365 operations, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a required Structured, Stackable Shift Differential Pay Plan.
  • Task 2: PSSD MSA: Provision of administrative support to admissions, inpatient/outpatient care areas, and other patient support services within PSSD, covering customer service, appointments, patient travel, and general administrative activities.

Key Requirements & Deliverables

Contractor personnel must have a minimum of one year of healthcare experience with direct patient interaction and basic medical terminology knowledge. Requirements include adherence to NIH policies, patient confidentiality, infectious disease control, and professional conduct. Security requirements involve background investigations (NACI) for onsite staff. Two Program Managers are required, one for each task area, with resumes submitted for each. IT licensing will be government-furnished.

The Government reserves the right to make an award based on initial proposals without discussions.
