Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to krystal.ruiz-velez@us.af.mil and natalie.norlock@us.af.mil. Offerors should provide their most advantageous pricing in their initial response, as award may be made without interchanges. Evaluation will be based on a best-value tradeoff, considering Technical, Past Performance, and Price in descending order of importance. The Technical factor is significantly more important than Past Performance, which is slightly more important than Price. An "Acceptable" rating in the Technical factor is mandatory for award consideration. Offerors must submit a Technical Plan detailing their approach and demonstrating personnel qualifications, including extensive Air Force nuclear maintenance experience (20+ years), NMC2 schema understanding, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development capabilities. Personnel must possess a SECRET/CNWDI security clearance.
