  • Aircraft/Wheeled Vehicle Cleaning: Dusting and spot cleaning (water only), with specific exclusions.
  • Periodic Services: Snow/ice removal (parking lots excluded, snow to be deposited on grass areas), emergency cleanups, special events cleaning (17 after-hours events per year included in CLIN 0001), interior/exterior window/elevator glass cleaning, atrium window service (up to 60 feet high), grounds cleaning, and picnic area cleaning.
  • Contractor Responsibilities: Provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor. Use EPA-registered antimicrobial products. Comply with safety, hazardous material handling, traffic laws, and base security.
