Scope of Work

- A 24/7 emergency response telephone number service for up to 40 separate NMFS facilities.
- 24/7 hotline assistance for Hazardous Materials Shipping, ensuring immediate response by qualified specialists.
- Provision of the required Department of Transportation (DOT) reporting form (F5800.1) for hazardous substance or material releases.
- Compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, confidentiality requirements (potentially requiring an NDA), and mandatory sexual assault/harassment prevention training for all contractor employees.
