Key tasks include RNA extraction, quality and quantity ascertainment of RNA and libraries, and performing Next Generation Sequencing to achieve a minimum standard coverage of 3-4 Million single end reads per sample. Deliverables include 1Gb Illumina NovaSeq 6000 PE150 data (6M Reads/Library) and FASTQ files, to be delivered electronically within 60 days of sample receipt. The contractor must have peer-reviewed publications for transcriptomics services and be a fully trained authorized service provider for Next Generation Sequencing and TagSeq library preparation.
