Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and facilities for the inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement of parts, and testing of Korean-manufactured NTVs. Services include:

- Pick-up and Delivery Services

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Offerors must demonstrate:
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of NTV maintenance and repair experience within the last seven (7) years.
- Facility Location: NTV maintenance facility within 10 miles (16.09 km) of Camp Humphreys (Adams Gate, Yoon Gate). Failure to meet this results in an "Unacceptable" rating.
- Personnel:
- Contract Manager (CM): Minimum two (2) years CM experience in NTV maintenance/repair within the last seven (7) years, with required English proficiency (TOEFL 450/CBT 133/iBT 45 or TOEIC 550+).
- Mechanics: Minimum two (2) years motor vehicle maintenance/repair experience within the last seven (7) years, and an Automotive Mechanic Technician license or higher.
- Registrations: Valid Republic of Korea government business registrations and certifications.
- Maintenance Plan: A detailed plan outlining labor, equipment, and execution of PWS requirements.
- Insurance: Certificate showing coverage for all liabilities.
Evaluation Factors
Proposals will be evaluated on two factors:
- Prime Contractor's Qualifications and Maintenance Plan: Assessed for relevant experience, ROK registrations, facility location, insurance, personnel qualifications, and the overall maintenance plan.
- Price: Reviewed for completeness and reasonableness. Offerors must price the base period plus four (4) option years. Price is not scored; the lowest price for the combined five-year period is a factor for award. Discussions are not anticipated, so offerors should submit their best pricing.
