Containers must be washable, leak-proof with tight-fitting lids, durable, and have operable wheels, without emitting unpleasant odors.
Contract Details
This is a Single-Award IDIQ contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders. The ordering period is five years, from June 22, 2026, to June 21, 2031. The maximum contract value is $495,000.00, with a minimum guarantee of $2,500.00. A detailed pricing schedule is provided for bidders to outline costs across the base year, four option years, and a six-month extension, covering various dumpster types and pulls.
Performance & Quality
The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service. Performance standards include a 2-hour response time for pickup notifications during business hours and pickup scheduling within 24 to 48 hours. Monthly reports on recycling and disposal, and weight tickets for every pull within 24 hours, are required. The Government will monitor performance using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), which details evaluation methodology, performance measures, acceptable quality levels, and surveillance methods. Contractors are responsible for developing and maintaining a Quality Control (QC) plan.
