To prepare the existing concrete floor and install new luxury vinyl tile, select baseboards, and associated trim on the 1st floor of the NRS Rhinelander Laboratory.

• Preparation of the existing concrete subfloor and adjacent walls according to luxury vinyl flooring and cove manufacturer requirements.

• Installation of approximately 2400 sq. ft. of new luxury vinyl tile.

• Installation of select baseboard cove and necessary trim and accessories.
