Technical Requirements & Eligibility
Vendors must:
- Possess a 2021 Portsmouth Naval Shipyard C. R. Gilbert / E. F. Dickson Fastener Program Manual.
- Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
- Either hold a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) satisfying applicable procedure requirements and Higher Level Contracting Quality Requirements (MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001/9002 with STR-ISO 9000 Supplement A, B, or C); OR provide applicable Non-Destructive Testing/Coating procedures (if required) and evidence of compliance with the same Higher Level Contracting Quality Requirements.
- Requests for the Fastener Program Manual require an active DD2345 form.
Evaluation
