- Certifications & Traceability: Requires a Certificate of Compliance for Special Emphasis Material, Test Certifications (DI-MISC-80678), and Chemical/Mechanical Material Certifications (DI-MISC-81020). Full traceability from material to certification test reports (Objective Quality Evidence - OQE) is mandatory, with permanent marking per MIL-STD-792. Electronic signatures are accepted under strict controls.
