Purpose & Scope
The contractor will provide engineering and technical services to support the Miniature Microminiature Module Test and Repair Program In-Service Engineering Agent's responsibilities for progressive repair capability of Government electronic and electrical systems. Services include Non-Repair, Repair, and Surge labor, along with various reports and data as specified in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).

- NIST SP 800-171: Offerors must have a current (not more than 3 years old) minimum Confidence Level assessment of "Basic" in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
- CMMC: CMMC Level 2 (Self) compliance is required effective November 10, 2025.
- Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI): Many exhibits and attachments contain CUI. Interested offerors must request access via SAM.gov; the Government will verify SeaPort-NxG vendor status before granting access.
