Scope of Work
This RFI seeks information on capabilities including:
- Providing Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for complex information systems.
- Repairing, updating, and returning complex information systems to service.
- Creating virtual machines, networks, and infrastructures in air-gapped environments.
- Updating and maintaining hardware and software configuration baselines.
- Installing and maintaining services under a service-oriented architecture.
- Working within the government's Risk Management Framework (RMF) for system approvals (IATT, ATC, ATO).
- Performing system scans (STIG, ACAS, IAVM) and continuous system monitoring.
- Writing and updating technical reports and data (e.g., System User Manuals, Design Documents).
- Providing and operating a contractor Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) in the San Antonio Metropolitan Area.
- Providing and operating an unclassified server space for Test and Integration (T&I) offsite.
- Offering 24/7 Help Desk services. Required personnel must have TS/SCI eligibility, with some potentially requiring Special Access.
