- Move Supplies: Provision of legal boxes, keyboard/peripheral bags, bubble wrap, and labels for both Commission and OIG moves.
- Move Services (Commission): Transportation, palletization, and storage of items such as lounge seating, wall-mounted artwork, file cabinets, disassembly/relocation/installation of 16 Herman Miller workstations, removal of surplus furniture to a GSA warehouse, and electrical disconnect/reconnect for 5 power poles.
- Move Services (OIG): Transportation, palletization, and storage of private office furniture, a small conference table, and televisions.
- GSA Warehouse Handling: Management of specific items at the GSA warehouse in Springfield, VA, including folding chairs, history panels, framed pictures, binders, and IT equipment (printers and ink).
- Special Requirements: Items must be padded, packed, protected, and clearly labeled with destination information. Shock/tilt indicators are required for special items. All electronic and information technology deliverables must meet Section 508 accessibility standards.
Contract Details
