The diesel generator must have automatic start/switching, a protective cover, and be suitable for service in Ukraine, requiring installation on a concrete pad. The installation site is approximately 60 sq. m. and will undergo a 3-month renovation by the hospital for shielding, electrical, and HVAC. The contractor must provide commissioning, specialist training, and a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Compliance with Ukrainian technical regulations is also required.
