The installation site is approximately 60 sq. m. and will undergo a 3-month renovation by the hospital for shielding, electrical, and HVAC. Evaluation will be based on three factors: Technically Approved, Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), and Lowest Price. The technical evaluation includes assessing compliance with technical specifications and a capability statement detailing CAGE code, POC, delivery capability, demonstrated experience, and subcontractor arrangements. Offerors must acknowledge and sign Amendments P00001 and P00002 with their submission.
