The requirement is for a multi-slice spiral CT system and a 120 kW / 153 kVA diesel generator. The diesel generator must be silent, have automatic start/switching, a protective cover, and be suitable for service in Ukraine, meeting detailed technical specifications (Attachment 4). Delivery, installation, commissioning, and specialist training are required, along with a 12-month warranty for the CT system and a 24-month/1000-hour warranty for the generator. The installation site is approximately 60 sq. m., with the hospital responsible for a 3-month renovation including shielding, electrical, and HVAC.

Evaluation

Award will be based on a combination of Technically Approved, Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), and Lowest Price. Technical evaluation includes compliance with specifications and a capability statement. The capability statement must detail active CAGE code, POC information, demonstrated experience with CT systems, and subcontractor/teaming arrangements. Pricing for the medical equipment, diesel generator, and shipping must be bundled under Line Item 0001.
