Eligibility & Submission
- Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission. They must operate an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in THAILAND only. Required documentation includes proof of SAM registration, all local licenses and permits, and a Letter of Authorized Dealer/Service Certification for the vehicle.
- Submission: Quotations must be submitted electronically to Pinlaorp@state.gov by June 10, 2026, no later than 16:00 hours (Bangkok local time). Proposals must be in English. The subject line must be: "Quotation Enclosed - RFQ#19TH2026Q0030 - One right hand-drive official vehicle." Accepted file formats are MS-Word/Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf), with a maximum file size of 30MB per email. Required submission items include SF-1449, Section 1 (Pricing), additional information as required in Section 3, and proof of SAM Registration.
Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price, technically acceptable, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1.
