Purpose

Scope of Work
The ONR seeks administrative support services for its Headquarters (Code 01) and Mission Support Directorate (Code 05). The scope includes comprehensive technical, financial management, logistical, administrative, Human Capital, corporate strategic communication & coordination, and FOIA/records management support. Key Requirements
The contractor will be required to furnish qualified U.S. citizen staff with necessary experience, proficiency in commercial software (e.g., Microsoft Office), and appropriate security clearances. An onsite manager/supervisor will be designated to liaise with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and ONR management. Personnel must demonstrate professional politeness and effective communication skills.
