Industry Engagement Opportunities

The Government will explain the overall USA HIRE II vision and requirements. Interested Industry Partners (IPs) must RSVP by February 27, 2026, at 09:00 hrs ET to Ms. Sarah Hastings (sarah.hastings@gsa.gov), providing company name, POC name, email, phone, and names of additional attendees. Attendees should arrive 30 minutes early.

Due Diligence Sessions: In-person Due Diligence sessions will take place from March 17-20, 2026, at the same Philadelphia location. These 60-minute sessions are for eligible IPs to gain knowledge about the Government's requirements and ask technical questions related to the upcoming Request for Quotation (RFQ) and provided documents. Requests for these sessions must be submitted by February 27, 2026, at 09:00 hrs ET to Ms. Sarah Hastings, including company name, POC name, email, phone, and number/names of participants (limited to 10 individuals). Eligibility requires responding to RFI questions, capability as a prime contractor, possession of a commercial assessment platform, and having Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Psychometric Experts on staff. Attendance is not required to participate in the RFP phase.
