Scope of Work (USA HIRE II Support Services)
The USA HIRE II program aims to sustain and enhance OPM's assessment platform, providing psychometric, technological, and programmatic solutions to improve federal hiring. Key requirements outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) include:
- Developing, deploying, and maintaining an online assessment platform integrated with USA Staffing.
- Hosting and delivering a wide range of online assessments (off-the-shelf and custom), including static, multi-form, computer-adaptive (CAT), and linear-on-the-fly (LOFT).
- Supporting various assessment delivery methods: unproctored, in-person proctored, and remote proctored settings.
