Scope of Work

Key services include assessments, individualized care plans, group sessions (minimum 12 face-to-face, others virtual), and case management. The contractor must also provide various translation services (ASL, Foreign Language, VRI, document translation) and maintain offender electronic treatment files to be transferred to CSOSA via CRISP. Bidders must use the revised Attachment J-15 (Solicitation Price Sheet) and ensure Attachment J-14 (Past Performance Questionnaire) is submitted by the due date. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003 with their submitted quote.
