Quick Summary
The Department of the Interior (DOI), specifically the Office of Wildland Fire (OWF), is seeking proposals for Learning Experience (LX) Design and Development for its Federal Wildland Fire Workforce Development Program (FWDP). This is a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside to design and develop eight to ten asynchronous learning experiences. Proposals are due February 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the design and development of eight to ten asynchronous Learning Experiences (LXs). Key requirements include:
- LXs must be fully asynchronous and self-paced, with no synchronous instructor-led components.
- Asynchronous interaction within the Moodle Workplace application is required.
- All LXs must be newly developed, not revisions of existing courses.
- The target audience is members of the federal wildland fire workforce.
- Deliverables include a design document for each LX and the developed LXs themselves.
- All deliverables must conform to Attachment 1 DOI IT Baseline Compliance Guidelines and Section 508 standards.
