Eligibility & Set-Aside Requirements
This procurement is exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must be VERIFIED by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) and VISIBLE on VetCert (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) at the time of offer submission and contract award. Failure to meet these verification and visibility requirements will result in the proposal being deemed non-compliant. SDVOSBs must also meet the NAICS code size standard and be certified in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification Program.
