It will include operational areas, maintenance spaces, storage, administrative areas, and a loading area weather protection zone. Built-in equipment comprises 29 double-girder bridge dual hoist cranes, an automated vertical storage system, and a passenger elevator. Additionally, the project includes two surface parking lots (150 and 288 spaces) and intersection improvements. Two existing administration buildings (approx. 19,000 SF each) are scheduled for demolition, with occupants relocating to the new facility's administration extension.

Submission & Evaluation

A Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self) is required. Large businesses must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan (SBSP), and all offerors must complete the Historical Small Business Utilization and Small Business Participation Commitment Document (SBPCD) forms, with a minimum 20% SB subcontracting requirement.
