• Parking & Trailhead: Construct a new 20-parking stall trailhead for the Osprey Trail. Repurpose the existing Osprey Trail trailhead for overflow and boat trailer parking for Loop B.

• Camping Spurs: Improve Loop B from its current 20 primitive spurs to a total of 36 camping spurs (Base Items).

• Host Site Relocation: Relocate the existing Host Site (with power, water, and wastewater vault) to the beginning of Loop B for improved camper service. The existing Host Site will become a "Volunteer Site" with upgraded water and electric service.

• Water System Upgrade: Decommission the existing pumphouse and replace it with a new precast concrete treatment building. Upgrade plumbing and controls, replace all distribution piping, and install new hydrants. The existing water system is classified as a Transient Non-Community Public water system and is in poor condition, requiring significant repairs and upgrades.
