  • Configuration Control: MIL-STD-973, Paragraph 5.4.8 (Configuration Control, Short Form Procedure) is incorporated. Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Deviations, and Waivers must follow MIL-STD-973.
  • Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 applies.
  • Drawings: All necessary drawings are available for viewing and download on SAM.gov by searching the solicitation number.
