These intervals range from annual to quarterly.
• Paint Booth Filter Replacement: The frequency for replacing paint booth filters (item 0003) has been increased to semi-annually due to an increase in operational tempo, a change from previous annual replacements.
• Heated Parts Washer Maintenance: Maintenance is required for the Heated Parts Washer (CB Chemie und Biotechnologie GmbH) as specified in the PWS. An updated solicitation and PWS will be issued to reflect this requirement, as it was not initially listed as a separate line item.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To fulfill critical operational and preventive maintenance requirements for specific industrial equipment, ensuring safety, operational readiness, and mitigating the risk of costly repairs due to deferred maintenance.

The contractor shall provide all non-personnel services, management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor for the maintenance and/or repair of the following:

• Paint & Drying Plant (DURST)
• Blasting Plant (SCHIFFMANN-SEIDL)
• Blasting Cabinet (MHG)
• Paint Gun Cleaner Unit (MASTERCLEAN)
• Heated Parts Washer (CB Chemie un Biotechnologie GmbH)
• Water Cutting System (BOGACKI)

Maintenance will be performed in accordance with manufacturer's technical standards, recommended service intervals, and industry-standard commercial best practices.

• Maintenance must adhere strictly to manufacturer's recommendations within required performance periods.
