• Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, quality control, and supplies, except for government-provided utilities and trash collection.

• Services are to be performed once a week (mid-week) during normal government working hours (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).

• Specific performance standards are detailed for various tasks, including carpet cleaning, surface dusting, waste container maintenance, glass cleaning, floor care, restroom services, and fixture cleaning.

• Materials: Cleaning supplies must be environmentally preferable and approved. Contractor must provide a list of materials and certifications within 10 days of award.

• Management: Contractor must manage all work efforts, ensuring timely and quality completion, and maintain an adequate workforce.
