Scope of Work
The contractor will provide and install a new PAO chiller system in Building 1513 at Hill Air Force Base. Key deliverables include:
- Two (2) chilled water (Fixed) PAO skid systems.
- Six (6) manifolds with remote HMI panels, installed in specific rooms (B102, B200, A201, A204).
- Crating, vacuum packing, and transportation of all PAO chiller skids and manifolds.
- Skid commissioning and staff training for two engineers.
- Site installation of a redundant chilled water PAO system.
- Installation of forty-eight (48) Quick Disconnects (QDs).
- Construction of a dedicated, sound-attenuated room for the PAO chillers.
- Installation of hard or rigid stainless-steel piping with Swagelok fittings for PAO distribution, mounted above the drop ceiling.
- Provision of design files, engineered/stamped designs, and a full technical documentation package within 30 days of award.
- Ongoing preventative maintenance, hotline support, and on-site support.

A five-year warranty against leaking is required for piping.
