Scope of Work

The contractor will provide and install a new PAO chiller system in Building 1513 at Hill Air Force Base. Key deliverables include:

Two (2) chilled water (Fixed) PAO skid systems.
Six (6) manifolds with remote HMI panels, installed in specific rooms (B102, B200, A201, A204).
Crating, vacuum packing, and transportation of all PAO chiller skids and manifolds.
Skid commissioning and staff training for two engineers.
Site installation of a redundant chilled water PAO system.
Installation of forty-eight (48) Quick Disconnects (QDs).
Construction of a dedicated, sound-attenuated room for the PAO chillers.
Installation of hard or rigid stainless-steel piping with Swagelok fittings for PAO distribution, mounted above the drop ceiling.
Provision of design files, engineered/stamped designs, and a full technical documentation package within 30 days of award.
Ongoing preventative maintenance, hotline support, and on-site support.
