This is Amendment 0004 of the active solicitation for the Parts and Repair Ordering System 7 (PROS 7). IAW FAR 22.1009, Wage Determination (WD) 2015-4495, applicable to the Georgia counties of Peach and Houston for the current contract, is added. Be advised each WD is location-specific; it is the responsibility of each Offeror to ensure proposals are in compliance with any applicable WD for the primary county and state in which work will be completed. Once known, the Awardee WD will be included as Contract Attachment 7. No changes to contract price or fees will be allowable after proposal acceptance due to application of a WD prior to or after award, unless a new or modified wage determination is issued by the Department of Labor. WDs for each locality are available at Sam.gov. Via the Search Page: (1) Select the Wage Determinations Domain (middle of page, above Set Your Search Criteria) (2) If you know your WD Identification Number, enter the number. (3) If you do not know your WD ID, select the Service Contract Act (SCA) subfolder (to the right of Wage Determination ID) (4) Enter your locality information. The current contract is in Peach or Houston counties of Georgia. There is not a CBA. The SCA WD in the current contract ends in an odd number.
If any Offeror desires confirmation of the Wage Determination that will apply for your location, submit the county and state where work will primarily be completed no later than 3:30 PM EST on 27 October 2025 to the Contracting Officer email. The Contracting Officer will upload all requested Wage Determinations as an Amendment to the RFP. Be advised the Contracting Officer will not provide specific Wage Determinations via email; all Wage Determinations will be publicly provided with the RFP.
