Scope of Work

- Hardware: Provisioning and maintenance of touchscreen kiosks, QR code scanners, mini tablets for staff, digital signage players, LCD monitors, and associated stands and cables.
- Services: Installation, configuration, system integration, testing, training for NPS staff, ongoing customer and technical support (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. HST), preventive maintenance, repairs, replacements, and software updates.

Submission & Evaluation
