This includes control of common pests (insects, rodents, birds, bats, snakes), mosquitoes, stinging insects, termites, wood-destroying insects, animal control (live trapping and dead animal removal), and weed control. Specific services also cover monthly inspections of food and childcare facilities, emergency services, animal waste cleanup, and hanta virus services.

- Evaluation Factors: Past Performance and Price. Past Performance is significantly more important than price. The government will evaluate all option prices, and unbalanced or unaffordable prices may lead to unacceptability. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.
- Proposal Content: Proposals must be submitted in two parts: a Price Proposal and Past Performance Information (focusing on efforts within the past five years). Bidders must provide pricing for three tiers: under 5,000 sq ft, 5,001 to 10,000 sq ft, and 10,001 sq ft and over.

Special Requirements
Contractor employees must possess valid New Jersey pesticide applicator certifications, and a New Jersey certified pest control manager must be assigned. Contractors must adhere to JBMDL Antiterrorism (AT) requirements, including security protocols, background checks for installation access, and understanding Force Protection Conditions (FPCONs). Contractors are responsible for the cost of urgent medical care for their employees at the JBMDL MTF.
