Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for comprehensive pest and termite exterminating services. This primarily involves a one-time treatment for various pests including termites ("Comejen"), moths, roaches, ants, mice, and mosquitos, within Building 541-Warehouse. Services include inspection, assessment, development of a one-time Pest Control Plan, and replacement of 28 exterior rodent/mice boxes. Treatment methods will utilize chemical and non-chemical techniques, prioritizing environmentally sound options, including exterior/interior treatments, soil injection, trenching, and colony elimination. Post-treatment, all disturbed areas must be sealed and cleaned. IPM exclusion work, such as door weatherstripping and sealing entry points, is required. Snake, lizard, and general bee control are not included.

Additional Notes
Contractors must comply with Fort Buchanan's Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPMP) and use only pesticides from the FY26 Authorized Pesticide Use List (PUL). Proof of commercial Pesticide Business License, Puerto Rico pesticide applicator certification, and liability insurance are required. Personnel must undergo background checks for installation access. Warranties are required: 1-year for termites/wood-destroying insects/ants; 30-day for mosquitoes/flies; 60-day for cockroaches.
