To provide comprehensive pest management services for the installation, addressing a wide range of pests to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

• Remediation for rodents, fruit flies, bed bugs, ants, earwigs, wasps, hornets, pantry pests, and other general structural pests. Excludes animals such as squirrels, muskrats, birds, stray cats, larger predators, and nuisance wildlife.

• Monthly inspections to identify pest activity and service equipment.

• Provision of service reports, including details of services rendered, existing discrepancies, and Safety Data Sheets for applied products.

• Strategic placement of bait stations, glue boards, and traps for various pests.

• Treatment options for bed bugs include thermal remediation (heat treatments) and biological sprays.

• Interior and exterior treatments for various insects and pests.

• Services to be performed by professionally trained and technically qualified personnel.

• Contractor's personnel credentials must be approved by the Chief of Environmental Services.

• Quality control measures to be implemented.

• Government will inspect work on a random basis.

• Records will be maintained by the Chief of Environmental Services to determine uptimes and response times.

• Services to be performed during normal duty hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Alaska Standard Time (AST), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
