This notice announces the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to award a firm-fixed Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Fisher Scientific Company, LLC. The BPA will be for a five-year period and will cover Phadia reagents and supplies. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

The supplies are for a Phadia 250 Immuno Assay Analyzer.

This is strictly market research, not a solicitation for proposals. The VA is seeking information on industry capabilities and qualifications to supply brand-name Phadia reagents and supplies. Interested firms must be registered in SAM.gov and provide company information, capability documentation, and socio-economic status. SD/VOSB firms must also provide proof of registration in VA VetBiz or SBA Vet Cert. The VA is looking for vendors authorized as manufacturers or distributors.
