Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide non-personal services for approximately 180 Cadets and 26 Cadre from 13 schools. Key services include:
- Lodging: Climate-controlled housing with hot water, separate dorms for male/female cadets, separate staff rooms for cadre, and one individual per bed. Facilities must be safe, crime-free, non-smoking, and comply with fire/safety codes. A total of 720 room nights for cadets and 104 room nights for cadre are required.
- Food Services: Provision of 11 hot meals per person (1,980 meals for cadets, 286 for cadre), with menus coordinated with the Government POC at least 10 days prior to the event. Dining facilities must also serve as shelter during inclement weather.
- Training Facilities: Access to and maintenance of low and high ropes courses (with contractor-provided safety/trainer personnel), swimming pools (with 3 certified lifeguards), a water course for canoeing/kayaking (with 3 certified lifeguards), outdoor areas for air rifle/marksmanship, archery, land navigation, and softball. Facilities must also include a zip-line tower and rock wall.
- Medical Services: A 24/7 fully supplied, climate-controlled health center and first aid station with a full-time RN Nurse and on-site staff.
- Other: Provision of unlimited potable water and ice, two golf carts for cadre use, cleaning supplies, and dumpster services.
