- Required Documents: Completed SF-1449, proof of SAM registration, price proposal (Attachment 3 and Section 1, Paragraph 3.C), detailed technical specifications, past performance, and evidence of business operations, personnel, equipment, and financial resources in Italy. All documents must be in English.
- Eligibility: Offerors must be SAM.gov registered and authorized to do business in Italy, including business registration in each requested location. Specific financial reports (Bank of Italy credit report, financial statements) are required.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer from a responsible contractor. The government may award based on initial proposals without discussions.
