Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Technical evaluation will rate proposals as 'Acceptable' or 'Unacceptable' based on relevant experience (at least three contracts over the past five years of similar size and scope) and the technical proposal's demonstrated understanding and ability to perform the work.
Submission Requirements & Notes
Offerors must submit both a technical and a cost proposal in accordance with Clause SA18 – Proposal Content (Section L, pages 61-62). Electronic submission is preferred. Section 19 - Acknowledgement of Amendments (Page 2) must be completed and returned. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
