- Quote Due Date: February 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
- Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Technical proposals will be rated Acceptable (A) or Unacceptable (U); an "U" rating will lead to ineligibility. Price and other factors are considered, with technical and past performance being less important than price.
- Past Performance: Offerors must submit a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of five (5) recent and relevant contracts/projects completed within the last seven (7) years.

Special Requirements & Notes

- Pricing: Pricing must be "All-Inclusive," covering all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies. Fire alarm permit fees, PE Stamp, and engineered drawings must be included in the bid total.
- Internet Access: Internet is available at Jordan Lake Visitor Assistance Center and public Wi-Fi at Falls Lake VAC (weekly password changes). No internet at maintenance compounds or control towers.
- Prohibitions: Compliance with General Services Administration Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Section 889) is required.
