This includes operator and maintenance curriculum and classroom training delivery systems for various manned/unmanned aircraft Type/Model/Series (T/M/S) such as MH-60, MQ-8, E-2, C-2, P-3, P-8, AV-8B, KC-130, CH-53, AH-1, UH-1, F/A-18, E/A-18, E-6B, and new T/M/S aircraft. It also covers various Navy and Marine Corps technical training courses, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.

Pre-Proposal Conference

A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via TEAMs on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Prospective Offerors must schedule attendance by Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 11:00 AM EST, via email. Each company is limited to two email TEAMs meeting makers. Questions generated at the conference must be submitted in writing by Thursday, February 12, 2026, 11:00 AM EST, using PACRM II MAC Attachment L-5 Solicitation Question Response Form.

An amendment (N6134026R1001-0001) has been issued. Offerors are advised that the conformed copy of Section M, Part B, 4.0 Other Definitions is legible despite potential formatting issues in EPS. Failure to attend the conference or submit questions will be construed as full understanding of solicitation requirements.
