Scope of Work
The PACRM II MAC will provide a wide range of classified and unclassified courseware revision and maintenance services. This includes operator and maintenance curriculum and classroom training delivery systems for various manned/unmanned aircraft Type/Model/Series (T/M/S), such as MH-60, MQ-8, E-2, C-2, LSO, P-3, P-8, EP-3, MQ-4, AV-8B, KC-130, CH-53, AH-1, UH-1, F/A-18, E/A-18, E-6B, and new T/M/S, as well as various Navy and Marine Corps technical training courses. Services will support Naval Fleet, Air, Training and Schools Commands, other Government training support activities, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases globally.

- Requirement: Offerors must possess an active Facility Clearance Level (FCL) of Secret or higher at the time of proposal submission. For Joint Ventures, each JV Team Member must have a valid Secret or higher FCL. Pending or in-process clearances are not permissible.
Additional Notes
- A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 10, 2026, at 9:00 am EST via TEAMs. Offerors must schedule attendance by February 4, 2026, 11:00 am EST. Each company is limited to two TEAMs meeting makers.
- Formal questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by February 12, 2026, 11:00 am EST, in accordance with PACRM II MAC Attachment L-5. Questions will be answered and distributed via amendment.
