Evaluation
Award will be based on a comparative analysis of all compliant quotes, considering price and past performance. Past performance references must be both recent and relevant to the PWS requirements. The contract will be awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the Government.
Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submittal. Additionally, offerors are required to implement NIST SP 800-171 and must have a current assessment (not more than 3 years old) for each relevant covered contractor information system, as per FAR 252.204-7019 and 252.204-7020.
