Scope of Work

Services are required at NWS facilities in Amarillo, TX; Shreveport, LA; Fort Worth, TX; Norman, OK; Tulsa, OK; Lubbock, TX; Little Rock, AR; and Memphis, TN. An attached inventory list provides details on specific HVAC units and access requirements at each site.

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, based on a low-priced, technically acceptable approach. Evaluation will follow pass/fail criteria:
- Technical Acceptability/Capability: Demonstrated capability to perform the scope of work, relevant experience (within the past two years), and understanding of requirements.
- Past Performance: Assessment of successful contract performance, quality, timeliness, cost management, communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Coverage: Ability to provide services for all listed locations in the Statement of Work.
- Price: Monthly and annual pricing for the base year and all option years.

Quotations must be submitted electronically in PDF or Microsoft Word format to Jamie.Rosales@noaa.gov. Submissions must include signed copies of the SF 18 and SF 30(s) and the offeror's UEID/CAGE CODE. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov and provide all evaluation criteria as specified in RFO 52.212-2.
