Contract Details
This will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded on an "all or none" basis. The period of performance includes a Base Year from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, followed by four one-year Option Periods, extending potentially through February 28, 2031. Invoices will be billed monthly in arrears, and offerors must provide monthly and annual pricing for each year.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically to Jamie.Rosales@noaa.gov. Evaluation will be based on a low-priced, technically acceptable approach, considering price and the following pass/fail criteria:
- Technical Acceptability/Capability: Demonstrated ability to perform the SOW, relevant experience, and understanding of requirements.
- Past Performance: Evaluation of related contracts for successful performance, quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Coverage: Ability to provide services for all locations listed in the SOW.
