Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the complete removal and disposal of existing water slides and the installation of four new polyethylene flume slides and an associated climbing structure. The new slides include:
- Slide 1: Seventy-two feet (72') long spiral slide, eighteen feet (18') high, yellow.
- Slide 2: Eighteen feet (18') high curved slide, green.
- Slide 3: Sixteen feet (16') high curved slide, red.
- Slide 4: Twelve feet (12') high curved slide, blue. The climbing structure must be made of Schedule 80 aircraft aluminum with polyethylene decks, blue foam padding, UV resistant polypropylene netting, and 316 marine grade stainless steel hardware. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and ensure existing hardware condition, replacing as needed. Work is to be performed during the off-season, between Labor Day and Memorial Day.

Evaluation & Submission
Contract award will be based on a best value determination considering price and technical factors. The lowest three offers will undergo technical evaluation. Quotes, including a Technical Plan (maximum 2 pages) outlining task accomplishment, must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). The Wage Determination (Attachment 2) applies, outlining minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for the specified geographic area.
