Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The objective of this Statement of Work is to procure portable toilet rental and service for Columbus AFB (CAFB), including service for existing holding tanks.

• Provide personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, and supervision for portable toilet delivery and service on Columbus AFB.

• Service and pump out four (4) 1,000-gallon holding tanks on Columbus AFB.

• Service and pump out two (2) 150-gallon holding tanks at the Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha in Shuqualak, MS.

• Deliver nine (9) portable toilet units with built-in hand-washing stations within one workday of the contract start date.

• Provide up to ten (10) additional standard units for short-term needs (special events, emergencies) within 2 hours of notification.

• Relocate units on base as directed by the Government Technical Representative (GTR) at no extra cost.

• All contractor-owned toilets must be self-contained, clean, and sanitary, with hand-washing dispensers.

• Units must be maintained in good working condition; non-repairable units must be replaced within 24 hours.

• Service includes waste disposal (per Federal, state, local laws), trash removal, unit cleaning (inside/out), repairs, refilling chemicals, and restocking consumables.

• Services for long-term units are scheduled monthly between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, or as agreed.

• Holding tanks are to be pumped out monthly.

• Service records must be affixed to each unit.

• Contractor assumes all liability and risk for unit use, including repairs for damages due to accidents or weather.
