- Site Visit: A site visit is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Requests for a site visit must be submitted via email by February 5, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST to Mr. Daniel Sanchez (Daniel.J.Sanchez76.civ@army.mil), James Clark, and Jasmyne Peterson.
- Basis of Award: Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror with the lowest total aggregate price that meets the solicitation requirements and PWS. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to negotiate if prices are not fair and reasonable.
- Offer Requirements: Offerors must submit a signed SF1449, provide pricing for all CLINs, include company point of contact information, UEID, CAGE Code, Federal Tax ID, applicable socioeconomic designations, and proof of valid Certificate of Insurance. All "fill-ins" in provisions and clauses must be completed.
- Offer Validity: Offers must remain valid for 120 calendar days.
