Scope of Work

- Meals: Continental breakfast for approximately 275 adults and 75 children, and hot lunch for approximately 240 soldiers, plus lunch for 275 adults and 75 children.
- Audio/Visual: Sound system, microphone, laptop audio input, HDMI input, two projector screens (minimum 10 ft diameter), two projectors, and one podium.
- Compliance: Adherence to Service Contract Act wage determinations (2015-4009 and 2015-4003), food safety certifications (ServSafe), and a current health inspection report.
