Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the requirements for an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a streamlined method for completing abatement, sampling, and inspection activities for asbestos, Lead Based Paint (LBP), heavy metals, and animal/rodent excrement.

• The primary work locations will be Hill Air Force Base (Hill AFB), with some projects at Little Mountain, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Dugway, Carter Creek, and Pinedale, Wyoming.

• Services include furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, management, disposal, and incidentals necessary for project completion.

• Task Orders (TOs) may involve removal and re-installation of various building components such as hard walls, ceilings, pipes, insulation, and acoustical materials.

• Work must comply with EPA, OSHA, UDAQ, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

• The contract has an estimated 5-year performance period with a 6-month extension option.

• The estimated contract volume is between $250.00 and $9,900,000.00.

• Qualifications: Bidders must submit qualifications for approval by the 75 CES/CEOHA office. Contractors must maintain compliance throughout the contract. Occurrence-type liability insurance is required.

• Project Management: The contractor is responsible for overall contract management, including personnel, local office maintenance, and emergency response capabilities.

• Personnel: Qualified personnel are required, including Project Designers and Project Supervisors. Employees must have current/valid licenses and certifications.
