Scope of Work

Supporting facilities cover site development, utilities, exterior lighting, paving, sidewalks, storm drainage, landscaping, and signage. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained units for living quarters and a central system for common areas. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) are required. The project incorporates DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards, comprehensive interior design services, accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and Cyber Security Measures. Sustainability/Energy measures will be provided, with facilities designed for a minimum 40-year life per UFC 1-200-02. Additionally, two buildings totaling 6,389 SF at Fort Campbell, KY, will be demolished.
